30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

At Crispo Impex, we stand behind our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

• Original packaging and tags must be intact

• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required

How to Initiate a Return

2. We’ll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions

3. Ship your return using the provided label (prepaid returns available for defective items)

Note: Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) cannot be processed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Found an issue? Contact us immediately at [support@crispoimpex.com] with:

• Order number

• Photos of the damage/defect

• Product details

We’ll arrange a free replacement or return label at no cost to you.

Exchange Process

For fastest service:

1. Return your original item following the standard process

2. Place a new order for the desired item

Tip: This ensures you receive your replacement faster than traditional exchanges

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for processing

• Bank processing times may add additional 5-10 business days

You’ll receive email confirmation at each step: return approval, refund processing, and completion.

Non-Returnable Items

For health/safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened consumables or disposable products

• Custom-made or specially ordered items

• Products missing serial numbers/UPC codes
